Hi Customer Service
I bid $190 on a nights stay. I tried to increase it as a proxy bid to $200 but it some glitch in the system put in $20,000 for one nights stay. I have sent emails but you have not gotten back to me. There is no way that bid should stand and I would love to hear back from you.
I makes me worry that you are not responding to this serious concern.
