Auction failure

Hi, I placed a bid for an auction this morning, it failed to show up on the auction. I had three emails asking me to validate, after the first one the notice said I could not validate more than once. I sent an email and left a voice message to notify of the problem. Then I received an email at 2:25 pm stating that I need to validate my email.
There is clearly a major problem with your website. My number again is 250 857 3161. Thank you.

Your account is validated and once it was validated if you didn’t refresh your browser, the message still appears…and then if you click resend, the system auto sends the validation email to you again.
